Being Industry based means we have the ability to offer our students a chance to work in a real hospitality venue, putting the skills and knowledge they have learnt into practice.

Just one example of this is the three hour work experience component we offer with our Bar and Gaming courses, our Kitchen Operations classes also have the opportunity to plan, promote, design a menu and cook for a luncheon in our very own Stars Restaurant.

We are also the only Registered Training Organisation offering Gaming courses in regional Victoria. Specialised Training for your business being a busy hospitality venue ourselves, we understand the importance of having quality trained staff in the workplace, and how hard it is to find 'spare time'.
