Facilities
Floor Space
The Centre is split into three separate areas (7 courts) - the Main (courts 1, 2 and 3) Inglis (4 & 5) and Marong Halls (6 & 7) totaling 10,174 square meters.
All flooring is sprung timber and event organizers are requested to maintain consideration with floor coverings and check load bearing at all times.

Seating

The Stadium's Main Hall features fixed grandstand seating of 734 (section B), and a retractable grandstand seating 928 (section C) totaling 1670 seats. We can arrange floor seating as required. Change rooms / Dressing rooms / Event rooms
There is a total of 9 rooms for event purposes with a further 5 designated change rooms / dressing rooms.
All event rooms are flexible and range from 2 events green rooms catering for 5 - 10 guests to the Sky lounge Function Room suitable for 150 event patrons.

Sky lounge Function Room
The Sky lounge overlooks the main Stadium area and provides a birds-eye view of all the Stadium's major events. This area can provide the ideal facility for special meetings as required. Catering is also available in this area from the private bar and kitchen facilities .
The Sky lounge also offers a boardroom, which may be utilised as a private function room.

Parking 
The Bendigo Stadium has excellent parking facilities sufficient to cater for all Stadium functions including provision for bus parking areas. There is a total for 300 car spaces, 5 bus parking spaces and significant areas suitable for overflow parking on site. |
Access / Set up
All practical services including event set-up are included in the Bendigo Stadium event management offer. We will allow access to the venue at the earliest opportunity. The venue will be prepared and set-up each day for organisers to ensure patrons are serviced to the highest possible standards. |
Staging / Power
Our staging is constructed in 4 x 8 foot modules and is completely flexible. Full stage size is 40 x 32 feet with additional 8 x 8 feet wings. Stage height is 4 feet. For exhibitions we can provide 1 x 32amp 3 phase power outlet and for concerts1 x 64 amp 3 phase supply is available. |
Sound System / Lighting
The Stadium's facilities include television standard lighting on the main floor area and venue system that is used for all stadium event announcing. We can also assist in the organization of any specific sound and lighting requirements for your conference. We have a regular contractor for major events, and their service includes all audio-visual equipment including sound systems and large projection screens. |
Hire Equipment
The hire of the Stadium includes all basic fittings owned and operated at the Centre relevant to the event. Any additional or specialized equipment is the responsibility if the hirer. We are happy to co-ordinate any hiring of equipment on your behalf and include the additional costs in your overall hire fee. Curtaining and Partitions
The Bendigo Stadium's facilities include a brand new 'shell scheme' partitioning and boxing, ideal for exhibitions. Carpets
Carpeting sufficient to cover 2,000 square meters is available as part of the Stadium facilities.
Dependant on the stage position all equipment can be suspended from the steel roof structure. AA hydraulic lifters will be required for the erection of all equipment and will be the responsibility of the event organizer. |
Staffing and extra Facilities
Catering
The Bendigo Stadium regularly manage functioned for up to 2,500 patrons.
A comprehensive range of food and beverage service is available featuring both smorgasbord and table service and the provision of wines from the Bendigo region |
Canteen
A canteen facility is available for events when required. |
Security
The Bendigo Stadium's facilities include an electronic security monitoring system. Security personnel can be provided at an additional cost. |
Staffing
Our Event Manager coordinates all aspects of events. Other Bendigo Stadium staff will be provided when required in the areas of front of house, ticketing, set-up, operations and cleaning, catering and event management. |
First Aid
The Bendigo Stadium offers a first aid service from our medicine room. Detail available on application. |
Stadium Hire Fee & Deposit
Fees are available on application.
We require a 15% deposit upon confirmation of any booking. |
Event Reconciliation
Full financial reports and invoices are provided immediately following events. |
