QTEC - Quality Training & Education Centre are offering a nationally accredited training program on the Responsible Serving of Alcohol. This is a great course to complete if you're thinking of a career in the hospitality industry.

- Legal requirements of preparing and serving alcoholic beverages
- Assist customers to drink within appropriate limits
- Dealing with difficult customers
The program consists of a 4 hour training session. Upon successful completion participants will receive a nationally recognised certificate from Liquor Licensing Victoria.
