 QTEC - Quality Training & Education Centre are offering a nationally recognised training program on food safety designed for people who work in or assist in the Food and Hospitality industries.

Key topics covered

  •     Introduction to basic Microbiology
  •    Correct personal and food handling practices
  •    Cross contamination
  •    Cleaning procedures

The program consists of a 4 hour training session and the completion if a written assignment, upon successful completion participants will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment, which contributes toward Certificate II in Hospitality (Operations) SIT20207
